GENERALLY

We assemble everything ourselves and by hand. And since we are all only human, mistakes can happen. So if something is missing, literally, just write us an email and we will send you the missing things immediately.

We have a few principles that we always stick to: We rely on high-quality materials and regional partners, which is why we can rightly write "Made in Germany" on our dot on wonders. We produce all adhesives in and around Stuttgart.

Because gluing is too short for bad products!

It is important to us that you really like our products. However, if you would like to return an order, we are happy to help you. Just send us an email.

Our returns are free of charge in the following case:

An incorrect, damaged or defective item was delivered.

If you don't like the item or it doesn't fit on the wall or something similar, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Individualized products cannot be returned!

With our dotsmaker you can create your own product individually. Then you will get a unique piece that is one of a kind!

You can also personalize our planners with the printable dotsbogen print by printing your photos on the sheet.

We use 56 standard colors. It is also possible to get CI-colored adhesive dots for a small additional charge. This is also possible for the walls. There is no difference in price here, however, because the walls are always individually printed.

For the production of a gluing campaign we need

Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to deliver more quickly. However, an express surcharge applies.

We always try to deliver as soon as possible. After delivery, please make sure to

MY PIXEL ART

No problem: Just send us an email with the original photo you would like to dot. We would be happy to try it out for you. In principle, however, we recommend taking a photo that does not contain too many people or too many details.

We will send you your image very quickly. You can then submit any changes you would like. Finally, we will send you your pixel art work for print approval.

Our printing company then needs approximately 5-10 working days for production.

PIXEL ART

Everyone has their own technique, but here are a few tips for you:

Tip 1: Take your image template, the dots, and find a table on which you can lay out your poster flat.

Tip 2: Glue row by row, color by color or count yourself at different, prominent coordinates in your picture. Everyone has their own technique here.

Tip 3: You can draw an X and Y axis on the poster and template with a thin pencil line. Or use a ruler as a guide.

Tip 4: When applying the sticker, make sure that you do not touch the entire adhesive surface with your fingers and press the dots firmly by rubbing them again with the tip of your finger.

Tip 5: You can fold the dots sheets along the edge, then the individual dots can be easily removed for gluing.

Tip 6: The dots are removable if you get stuck. Therefore, you should not roll up the poster when you take a break. Otherwise, individual dots may come loose.

Tip 7: It is best to store your finished dot on art work behind glass in a picture frame. There it is well protected.

The color codes are always printed on the top left of the sheet. There you will find a small number.

PLANNER

The large annual planners, the half-year, birthday and weekly planners are all printed on both sides and can be hung up with the white or black side facing forward. Only the maxi monthly planner has all the pages in white so that you can make optimal use of the column for notes.

SHIPMENT

Yes, we ship almost everywhere. Shipping costs vary depending on where our stickers are going. They will be added at checkout. If you want to order from a country that is not shown, we look forward to your email.

Delivery times vary depending on what you order. We usually ship standard products within 1-2 working days. And then it depends on DHL. Normally, you will receive your dotty order within Germany within 3-5 working days. Deliveries abroad can take between 7 and 16 days. Unfortunately, overseas deliveries can take longer...

Individual designs are printed especially for you and take a few days longer. After print approval and depending on the order situation, approximately 5-15 working days.

As soon as your order is on its way, we will automatically send you an email with the tracking number. This way you always know where your package is. If it still hasn't arrived after a few days, be sure to track the shipment: Perhaps your order is already with your neighbor or at a collection point?

The goods are delivered via DHL GoGreen (climate-neutral shipping).

Sometimes elephants dance through the DHL headquarters at night and unfortunately keep jumping on boxes. This kind of thing happens. If this is the case, it is best not to accept the package at all. If you notice it too late, then write us an email and describe your problem. We will then immediately send you an undented version of your desired product.

Sometimes you're too busy. We know that ourselves. But we already have to pay for the return shipping and thus have double shipping costs. Therefore, unfortunately, we have to charge a processing fee of EUR 3.50 for the re-shipment.

Since our large wall planners and large art posters are shipped in fairly long boxes, this is unfortunately not possible for these orders. It is of course possible for smaller products!
