We assemble everything ourselves and by hand. And since we are all human, mistakes can happen. So if something is missing, in the truest sense of the word, then just write a short email and we will send the missing dots immediately.
We have a few principles that we always remain true to: We rely on high-quality materials, regional partners and can therefore rightly write "Made in Germany" on our dot on wonders. We produce all sticky goodies in and around Stuttgart.
Because gluing is too short for bad products!
It is important to us that you really like our products. However, if you want to return an order, we are happy to help you. Just send us an email.
Our returns are free of charge in the following case:
An incorrect, damaged or defective item was delivered.
If you don't like the item or don't fit on the wall or something similar, unfortunately we can't accept the return.
Customized products cannot be returned!
With our dotsmaker you can also create your product individually. Then you will get your unique piece, which cannot be found a second time!
You can also personalize our planners with the printable dotsbogen print by printing your photos on the sheet.
Yes, we ship almost everywhere. The shipping costs vary - depending on where the journey for our sticky goodies should go. They will be added at checkout. If you want to order from a country that is not shown, we look forward to your email.
Delivery times also vary depending on what you order. Individual motifs take a bit longer than our standard products. We usually ship these within 1-2 working days. And then it depends on DHL. Normally you will receive your dotty order within Germany in 4-5 working days. Deliveries abroad can take between 7 and 16 days. Overseas unfortunately also longer...
As soon as your order is on its way, we will automatically send you an email with the tracking number. So you always know where your package is.
If it still hasn't arrived after a few days, be sure to track the shipment: Maybe your order is already with your neighbor or at a collection point?
The goods are delivered by DHL GoGreen (climate-neutral shipping).
Sometimes elephants dance through the DHL headquarters at night and unfortunately also jump on boxes again and again. Such things happen. If this is the case, it is best not to accept the package at all.
If you noticed it too late, then write us an email and describe your problem. We will then immediately send you an undented version of your desired product.
Sometimes you're too busy. We know that ourselves. But we already have to pay for the return shipping and thus have double the shipping costs. Unfortunately, we therefore have to charge a processing fee of EUR 3.50 for the re-shipment.
As our large wall planners and large art posters are shipped in rather long boxes, this is unfortunately not possible with these orders.
With smaller products this is of course possible!
No problem: Just send us an e-mail with the original photo that you would like to dot. We are glad to help you.
But it's best to also write to us about what you didn't get along with well. So that we can know and improve for the future!
Our dotsmaker has 56 colors available. Sometimes even he is not omniscient and chooses a less than perfect color. By playing with the controls and deselecting and selecting individual colors, you can still change your picture in a great way.
We also recommend: Get closer and choose just a single section of your picture.
The large yearly, half-yearly, birthday and weekly planners are all printed on both sides and can be hung up with the white or black side in front. Only the monthly planner maxi has all the pages in white, so that the column for notes can be used optimally.
Everyone has their own technique, but here are a few tips for you:
Tip 1: Take your printed picture template, the dots, and look for a table on which you can lay out your poster.
Tip 2: Glue row by row, color by color or count yourself to different, prominent coordinates in your picture. Everyone has be here own technique.
Tip 3: You can draw an X and Y axis on the poster and template with a thin pencil line. Or use a ruler as a guide .
Tip 4: When gluing, make sure that you do not touch the entire adhesive surface with your fingers and that the dots are firmly attached press it down by stroking it again with your fingertip.
Tip 5: You can use the Fold the dots sheets along the edge, then the individual dots can be easily removed for gluing.
Tip 6: The dots are removable in case you get stuck. That's why you shouldn't roll up the poster when you're taking a break. Otherwise it can happen that individual dots come loose.
Tip 7: Your best store your finished dot on art artwork behind glass in a picture frame. It's well protected there.
With the new productions, the color codes are always printed on the top left of the sheet. Because we are constantly optimizing our dots.
In the previous production, this number was only printed on the side in small print (on the so-called lintel line). But because we act sustainably, we have not disposed of our few dots sheets from the older production, they stick just as well, but they are now also individually made up. So don't be surprised if no color number is recognizable at first glance, just pick it in the lintel line.
