Make reflection visible in the workshop with sticky dots.
Workshops thrive on reflection: What did I learn? How am I feeling now? What am I taking away from this? Sticky notes make everything visible here, too – on a feedback poster, as a mood indicator, or for evaluating individual content. The end result is colorful reflections, honest insights, and a well-rounded picture of the experience. The perfect foundation for the next step.
This is how to reflect systematically and with colour:
- Learning poster with dots: Three fields – "This is what I learned," "This is what I'm taking with me," "This is what I still want to know." Participants write keywords on large dots.
- Thank you points: Everyone writes a short message to another person on a card – the dot is stuck next to it as a colored marker - who gave the feedback - as the sender.
- What Remains? board: Dots are placed on a poster with terms like "aha moment," "favorite exercise," and "biggest surprise." Each one has its own identifying color. A nice way to set the mood at the end.
By the way: For your workshop ideas, you'll not only find the perfect adhesive dots in beautiful, harmonious color palettes – from bold colors to soft pastels – but also high-quality honeycomb cardboard panels on which your ideas, messages, or artwork can be presented in a particularly stylish and appreciative way. Whether for group work, creative reflection, or as a lasting memory: This makes workshop design a true highlight!
