Here's how:
1. Hang up planners
Find a highly visible spot – for example, on a wall in the office, in the kitchen, or in the hallway. This way, you'll always keep track of appointments and tasks. You can attach your planner to the wall with the included Washi tape.
2. Assign Colors
How would you like it? Each person gets a color – or each category. Yellow for you, red for your love, pink for birthdays, blue for holidays. Whatever makes sense to you is allowed! Stick your colors onto the enclosed legend and note down what they represent.
3. Label points
Now the fun begins: use the included pen to jot down to-dos, birthdays or highlights, appointments, goals, and much more! Use stickers for tasks or milestones. Each dot represents an event – and gradually, a clear visual structure of your year will emerge.
4. Attach extra dots
Now, stick on the holiday dots. If you're using the white calendar page, the black dots will look especially nice. For the black page, it's best to use the white ones. You can use the marking dots to highlight special dates.
